Properties: Sucralose is the latest generation of sweetener in the world and the only one synthesized using sucrose as the main raw ingredient, which is as fine particles of white crystalline powder, no smell, very soluble in water (solubility 28.2g, 20℃), dissolved without bubbles and particles, and very stable with the light, heat, and PH. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and methanol. It is currently the only functional sweeteners that produced by sucrose as raw material, the sweetness is 600 times that of sucrose, and sweet taste pure, which is almost the same with sucrose, which make it unique to compare with other sweeteners.
Usage: Sucralose is generally used with other natural or artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, acesulfame, etc. in beverages, chewing gum, dairy products, preserved fruit, syrup, bread, pastry, ice cream, jam, jelly, pudding, flavored milk, sauce and sauce products, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mustard sauce, breakfast cereals, sweet milk powder, candy, fermented wine, jam products, hot processed fruits or dehydrated fruits, baked goods, fruit fillings, solid beverages, concentrated fruit and vegetable juice, salad dressings and other processed food. Meanwhile, it can also be used in healthcare food and medicine. In addition, it’s widely used in edible sweetener field in European and American countries.
